Směny.cz uses the following third-party sub-processors and service providers to deliver, operate, and support the platform. This list is maintained for transparency and to support customer due diligence and data processing assessments.
Purpose: Primary cloud infrastructure provider. Application servers, managed databases, object storage, and networking are hosted on DigitalOcean. All production data resides within DigitalOcean data centres.
Purpose: Centralised log management and search. Application and infrastructure logs from our Kubernetes workloads and PostgreSQL logs are stored in Elastic Cloud. Logs may incidentally contain limited personal data (e.g. user identifiers).
Purpose: Underlying cloud infrastructure on which our Elastic Cloud deployment (log storage nodes) is hosted.
Purpose: Off-site backup storage. Backups of object storage, including attendance presence logs, are stored there [in an EU region].
Purpose: Transactional email delivery. Used for sending employee invitations, password reset links, shift notifications, and system alerts to end users.
Purpose: Delivery of SMS notifications to end users. This is an optional feature, activated only at the customer's request. Recipients' phone numbers and message content are processed for this purpose.
Purpose: External uptime monitoring. Continuously checks the availability of the Směny.cz platform and alerts the operations team in case of downtime.
Purpose: Real-time error tracking and crash reporting for both the web application and mobile apps. Helps the development team identify and resolve issues quickly. Error reports may contain anonymised request metadata.
Purpose: Application performance monitoring (APM). Tracks response times, throughput, and infrastructure metrics to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Purpose: Source code version control and collaboration. All application code is stored and managed in private GitHub repositories. No customer data is stored in GitHub.
Purpose: Mobile application build and distribution platform. Used to build, sign, and publish the Směny.cz iOS and Android apps to the App Store and Google Play. No customer data is processed by Expo in production.
